This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ESPECIALLY when spending this amount of money. Initially the wrong carpet padding was installed in our basement and it felt like you were walking on concrete not to mention it looked like the carpet was put down in rows in places, like sod. It took several weeks for someone to bother to take the time to return my multiple calls and voicemails to customer service and two more weeks more to have someone come out to check and confirm that yes, the wrong padding was installed. Two more weeks to schedule re-install for both carpet and padding. Situation still not resolved. No one answers customer service line. EVER. Leaving voicemails daily. And still I have yet to receive a response to my emails or a return call. This is absolutely absurd. WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY??????
