I am so happy with my hair after my stylist Tina Koesler colored and cut my hair. I showed Tina a picture for a hair color that I was wanting and she asked me a question that I had never been asked before. " What do you like about this hair color". Such a simple statement but what a powerful question. I explained to her what I liked and what my concerns were. Tina listened without interruption, taking in what I was saying then politely explained to me the process and hair color line that they use. Tina was absolutely right and achieved the color I was wanting which no one has been successful in doing in 4 years, since I lost my last stylist. I have received multiple compliments on my color since Tina colored it. I am so happy with experience and will be returning.
