It takes a lot longer to pick up a car from this Nissan dealer than it does from Burt Bros or Jiffy Lube. Stop trying to trick customers at the time of paying for services. Why is it that 3 times I come in there is a surprise extra $10-$40 amount that the cashier tries to charge me? Please be more transparent and start putting the actual price on the invoice and have it ready when you tell your customers the vehicle is ready to pick up. This number increase happened 3 times over the past 2 years.
