Its very unfortunate that Clarksville's main medical facility has such poor reviews. I've had both good and bad experiences at this facility and the culture of this hospital really needs to change. Online reviews and word of mouth has really created such a stigma for this hospital and Tennova should really make an effort to change the perception that they have created. Citizens of Montgomery county should have reassurance in the back of their mind when they come here for any type of medical need or assistance, not dread and despair. With that being said, I can only imagine all the daily endeavors and stress the employees at this facility have to deal with or any medical facility for that matter. There are good and bad employees at any place of employment no matter what job field you may be in and I've have good and bad experiences with staff here as well. Tennova Management should really assess this situation and really should be making more strides to change the culture of their facility and their perception to the public.
