I hired them from upwork, to do the SEO for : altstu.com , with a weekly payment of $60. task was to do on-page & off-page SEO . improve the site rank over various search engine . and 1st day they were confident ... then after 3 week ... i compare the progress weekly, then i found out that they are fooling us with some XLS report ...

And when i ask .. to share the comparative report for last 21 days ... they tried circle around ... & msg me to trust them for 2nd time ...

so the morale of the story is . that they wasted my time, money & effort .

& now I am putting more money on paid campaign rather then some cheap SEO service .
