I had never heard of this resort and was immediately amazed by the great service and the amount and quality of the entertainment that was provided along with very clean rooms. The drinks and food available was a little price but was to be expected based on the overall amenities being provided so no big deal.
My issues lie with the fact we had to deal with obnoxious guests with no respect for other sleeping guests for close to 2 hours starting at 2 am on a Sunday. I absolutely understand that the Hotel did not create this problem and it ultimately was the inconsiderate guests but, we called the desk and complained multiple times asking for help. These guests were not only having their after party in the hallway but were also banging on our door trying to get us to open up and let them in. They sent Security up multiple times but nothing was actually being done to mitigate the issue. It was absolutely impossible to sleep until after 4 am.
I am a very chill person and although extremely aggravated I told my wife I would never mention it again if they at least apologized when we checked out in the morning.
The only reason I am giving them a review is because not only did I receive no apology, I was not even asked if I enjoyed my stay (an opportunity to share my thoughts) upon checking out.
Again, I did enjoy everything about our experience other than the way our final night was handled.
