This hotel and staff was amazing. So amazing we extended our stay we were supposed to go back to the Disney Dolphin hotel but changed our check in and we still paid for it and you know what we didn't mind because it was worth it! The staff especially Jose at check in went above and beyond the call of customer service. I own a business and he was one of the best concierge I have ever met. Todd at the bar was always friendly. The views are spectacular. We saw dolphins swimming right from our balcony. Nightly entertainment was a plus. By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at and we love to travel.
