Really pleasant to deal with. I am a relative newbie sailor and the site was easy to navigate, found what I was looking for plus a few more goodies. Now it is on my favourites for the future for maintaining and improving the performance of my laser. Emma and the team got things out promptly and were quick to follow up on the couple of items which were out of stock but were placed on a back order. Excellent service all round!
