They will just lie to get you through their doors.
I called up asking if they could get a car for me. I was told they could and they ran it by their sales manager Ahmed. I was asked to make an appointment with Ahmed, which I did, and then I asked them if I could talk to Ahmed to confirm they could truly get the car in for me. They said he was with a customer but they just spoke to him and that it was confirmed.
I came in and not only was I told that Ahmed didn t come in at all that day, but also that they wouldn t be able to get that car ever.
