The [local] engineer they sent out to fix my boiler was so unprofessional that he left it in an unsafe state!
Decided to get a Care plan with British Gas. One of their Engineers managed to fix the problem without any hassle and aggro and not charging any hidden extras for it. :)
After giving all of my evidence of findings of their engineer's botched 'job', Able rightfully refunded my money.
