One of the most unprofessional, Unethical, and mismanaged places I have ever come into contact with . As a transporter for the facility very often I would find patients in need of supervision totally unattended. No nurse or aide in sight and you would have to search the floor for a while before finding the right personal. Patients would be left without the adequate amount of oxygen in their tanks. Left on the toilet for 30 minutes at a time or forced to sit in soil unless a family member was able to advocate for them . As for the employees aides are SEVERELY understaffed about I aide to 8 patients. The director of Rehabilitation is completely remorseless and will schedule your very sick incapable family members for rehab even though it is obvious the patient has plateaued and is chronically uncomfortable and incapable of performing. The director of rehab also forces therapist to sign out and work off the clock after scheduling either too many patients or evaluations for the treating therapist . Therapist will BILL YOU WITHOUT TREATMENT. And other therapist encourage others to do the same. I believe like children the elderly deserve people to advocate for them so I had to write this review because it was heartbreaking seeing what these people became victim too . Make sure to do you do diligence in research because your loved one could unfortunately end up here .
