I would like to compliment Leona Lott on her outstanding service to our community at 1995 Royal Road, Pickering, ON, L1V 6V9.

Leona's management of our community is exemplary.
For myself, each time I have a concern or request and Leona is contacted her response is almost immediate.
Sometimes I ask her if she ever sleeps.

This Highly Exemplary Performance is not only to me but I am sure extends to all occupants at 1995 Royal Road.

I am sure that she manages areas other than 1995 Royal Road and am also sure that that High Level of Service is extended to the other areas.
