I took my 05 Accord here to get the radio code entered after changing out my battery. They told me before I changed the battery that it would be no big deal to bring the car in and have the code entered. After going through 4 "technicians", they finally found someone who knew how to get the radio S/N and fixed the NAVI system. However, the radio was STILL defunct! After telling them that the code they gave me didn't work to unlock it, they told me they would have to charge me to fix it; charge me to fix something they did not do correctly? Not going to happen. I do not recommend coming to this Honda; there are 4 other Honda dealerships within 30 minutes of here that you should go to instead.
