I used to work there and have purchased several cars there, as well as sent many, many referrals to this dealership. I go in today needing a part replaced, my fault, and now with the so called service director, my business and money is no longer appreciated there. I was always told I was a member of the family there, but today showed me I'm a number just like everyone else. With a person like that, the competition will be very easy to go to from now on. Remember, you do have a choice in Charlotte and the surrounding area, steer clear of the big name dealership and go to where you will be appreciated, not a place where you feel that way only until you are approved and drive off, then you no longer matter. Ex employee and customer since 1999. Doesn't take much to run off a customer and they don't even care that they did.
