I ve been going to Luke Bremner Fitness twice a week for almost a year. My initial aims were to lose-weight and to tone-up my body - both of which I ve successfully achieved.

Luke and his team have been excellent at motivating and inspiring me. I find their approach towards body-transformation to be a holistic one. They ve shown me that it s not just about regular exercise, it also encompasses diet, sleep and posture.

I love what I do here. Workouts are developed and tailored to my own ability. Exercises are thoroughly explained and supervision when using the weights and other apparatus is excellent. Often I m surprised at what I can achieve when I challenge myself.

If, like me, the thought of joining a gym terrifies you but you ve made a mental decision to shape-up and get fit, then I recommend you chat to Luke Bremner Fitness. Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, both training studios are well-equiped, and the atmosphere is always calm and relaxed.

Personally I view the time and financial commitment I ve made with Luke Bremner Fitness as an investment in me, my well-being and my happiness.
