I had give them positive review until we discovered the technician didn't know soaker hose from regular yard hose, cut our hose and didn't tell me or my brother what he did until I called request to speak to manager. Instead the technician called me stating there was no water coming out but in one area and that's why he cut my brand new soaker hose. I have been waiting 5 days now for a manager to get back with, have numerous of times left messages. My patients has been worn out, I will stop referring my family and friends to use Jon Wayne and will be canceling service agreement as well, they have shown me they don't value my property or addressing my concerns.
