It was a comfortable and decent stay, however I only stayed for a night. Carpets do need cleaning as they look a bit dirty. Breakfast was okay. Many food joints and shops nearby. I'd suggest going to the nearby Union Coop to have lunch/dinner at the Gazebo Indian restaurant. Overall, it was a decent stay for just a night.
