Unfortunate to report given previous reviews, but Adam Williams is very rude and unprofessional, not to mention condescending. Being courteous goes a long way. I m not certain as to what is driving the behavior, but it has left a bad taste. This has been more so the case this past year, not sure if he s had personal issues going on, but it is not okay to behave in such a way.
