Had experienced some non-emergency high wind damage resulting in the loss of several ridge cap shingles. Called on a Monday afternoon (and was pleased to talk with a real person not an answering machine.) Received a very prompt, reasonable estimate, and as a result decided to go ahead and replace the entire ridge cap. First thing that Wednesday AM, Mike arrived on site and performed the replacement work. He did a fine job - and was a great representative of their company. I will certainly utilize Pinnacle in the future, and would recommend them to others.
