Hucon it's a big chaos. I hold an experience of two years in international voice process after the completion of my 1st round Hr comes up with the feedback saying your poor in grammar. I went boonker when he gave me that feedback. I mean what ? The USA and Australian clients whom i work with when they all can understand my grammar what's wrong with this guy?

The interview process it self looks very stupid to me. How can you people judge 16 years of education and 2 years of experience in just two minutes of interview.
