I work for a local dentist who had BelAire scheduled to do a yearly check up on our heating and cooling system. Much to my surprise, I opened the emails this morning and there was a reminder that BelAire was going to stop in today. In the email it stated that Dave T. was going to be our technician today and had a photo of him. I so appreciated this beyond words. How awesome to be able to see who that technician looked like. That knowledge and picture was extremely professional and made me feel VERY comfortable in who I'd be dealing with. THANK YOU!! PS: Dave T. is a very sweet person who seemed to be very knowledgeable as to what he was checking!!
