My windows were washed with only water. It did not remove the sticky substances. I asked the technician to use soap solution and he would not. I showed multiple pictures from inside to him with no improvement. From the ground they cannot see the dirt. Bird poop was missed and dirt was smeared around. He stated the windows (most of which are new) were leaking. When I showed pictures and asked them to be cleaned properly Mike was exceptionally rude. My windows remain dirty. Happy to provide photos.
