I've been a long time customer at Louis Gervais' and I have nothing but good things to say about the team and the food. Chef Louis truly is a whiz in the kitchen, and his outgoing and humorous personally makes the entire experience at both the bistro and the events he caters exceptionally enjoyable. I recommend Chef Louis and his team for catered events both large and small I've seen his team handle all sizes of events with ease. They will go above and beyond to make your evening memorable. The bistro is also a fabulous (and happening) place to grab lunch on weekdays their weekly specials keep things exciting!
