Unbelievable
The show room staff needs to go back to school and learn their manners, the customer service that I received was disgusting I ordered an Item online a week in advance, came on the day of collection. It took 40 minutes to talk to someone when there show room was empty. So during the time I went to have a look at a DJI Inspire 1 Pro looking at the controller I managed to turn on the controller suddenly a sales man approaches me and has a go with me all because I turned a controller so I turn off the controller and he walks off not even asking if I need any help.
After a bit of time I was finally served, they told me that my item was not in stock and they informed me 1 hour by e-mail before I arrived at the store in which time it was too late i asked for an explanation WHY!!!
He went away to speak to a colleague in which time he started serving someone else, end up another colleague approached me and Apologized of not having the item in stock. What I m more bothered about is why I was not informed days ago and if they don t have any in stock why is the listing up and in stock.
I was Refunded I won t be interested buying from this Company Again.
