I tried to schedule a medical procedure because their ad was first on google results. The website was very informative, but when I called to actually ask questions and schedule the procedure, I was quickly lost in phone hell and when I actually got a human on the phone, they were unable to answer basic scheduling questions. I tried twice. Moving on.
