Wow, I have been coming to this restaurant for over six years and within the last two, this place has gone dramatically downhill; today's experience killed all the love I had for this restaurant andI will NOT be returning. My boyfriend and I ordered two simple drinks to start (a lemonade and an ice tea). We did not get our drinks until after we had already eaten 3 out of the 5 dim sum dishes we ordered and we had to remind our server several times before he sheepishly brought them out. (I mean really, how hard is it to prepare a lemonade and an ice tea?). We had to ask several different waiters to bring us small dishes to prepare the sauces for our dim sum dishes and we never got them. The icing on the cake was when the server forgot to bring us our steak salad we ordered. When we reminded him, he said he would check and then never returned with any news of its progress and eventually just handed us the bill without another word. Sino and Straits are pretty notorious for hiring really attractive people to host and wait on tables, but to be honest, it seems like the criteria ends there. Over the past two years I have terrible service here and considering the high prices for dim sum, it just isn't worth it anymore. The food is not worth the hassle. Sino, get your stuff together.
