Jaelin is new to our home but he seems to have done a very good job. Since I am not a furnace guy and I have no expertise to evaluate the work that was done other than to have our unit run without problems through the heating season. Jaelin called prior to his timely arrival and was very courteous and friendly when I met him. He checked out the furnace then went to get his equipment at which time he indicated about how long he would be working. I asked him to set our thermostat which he did before leaving. He explained what he did and asked if I had any questions before I signed off on the job.
A very nice young man who was confident in his approach to the job and took time to answer any questions. It was a pleasure to meet him and I look forward to seeing him for our AC check in the spring. I think it is important to keep the same tech and to establish a trusting work relationship.
