Watch out for this fraudulent company! I cancelled a reservation with this company and have email confirmation with a Blueground rep that they were going to refund for services not rendered. No refund was given and they ve lied several times to Chase disputes to avoid the credit. I m out thousands of dollars, nothing to show for it except wasted time for feeling robbed.
