Checked in for 3 days left after an hour. No heat in my room it was 53 degrees in that room. No TV and only 1 pillow and 1 blanket on the bed. I checked out immediately and demanded a refund I was told "corporate" would be able to give me a refund I was provided with no phone number to this "corporate office" only an email address. I sent many emails detailing my experience and I have had no response. I called my bank and disputed the charge worst hotel experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, I am very disappointed the way the whole situation was literally not handled by anyone.
