Rooms are nice, staff sucks and over the years I ve been to essence many times and my suggestion is once you pay for you room try to block the staff out unless you really really need something. Also if it was my business I would have an exterminator on duty 24 hours a day 365 days because of this ants ..... In any business it s all about service and as a business owner myself I know how hard it is to find good help, but at the same time if they re are being lazy and disrespectful to guests that s messing with your bottom line and you need to terminate immediately and keep looking till you find the right people . Thanks
