Edit: tried to turn my lease in today, just turn it in (I got a car somewhere else already) and I was told no one was there to help with that. It was his day off The gentleman was extremely rude who had said this. Basically saying yeah, you wasted your time coming here today. Funny how Airpark said oh you don t need a special person for this, just come on in wow I will gladly take your help rather than Chapman. Will never recommend this place.

Decent guys, but I was passed around to like 3 different ones, all who didn t know how to spell/say my name and kept getting what car I currently have mixed up. My name is clearly written on papers as well as my car. I don t think that s really professional in my opinion. I also didn t find they were that helpful so I went to another dealer!
