As a first time home buyer I was skeptical when first beginning the process. Luckily, the Post Shirley team was there to guide me along every step of the way. The Boston real estate market is a little crazy so I ended up putting 6 offers in over a 2 year period. Valerie and Keith never pushed me into putting an offer on an apartment just to close the deal, rather they worked more as consultants and provided me with their price recommendations on every offer. They truly wanted to make sure I was happy with my first home purchase and that not only was it within my budget but that I was not overpaying for the property. I can truly say that I am thrilled with my current apartment and the hidden gem they were able to find for me. I would highly recommend them to any other first time home buyers!
