My wife found a 2017 Honda Accord on line that was located at Tom Kadlec Honda in Rochester. We are from West Central Wisconsin. I called about the car to ask as many questions about it as possible to save us the 2 hour drive over there. I ended up talking to Byron Call. I told Byron right off the bat that we were interested in the car depending on how much we could accomplish over the phone to save us a drive over there.

After talking through everything, my wife and I decided to drive to Rochester to look at the car.

When we pulled into the lot Byron was the first person who greeted us. He had no idea what we looked like and we didnt know what he looked like, yet he came out and met us at our car and said you must be here to look at the Accord. Long story short, we ended up buying that car that day.

Tom Kadlec Honda is one outstanding dealership. Their facility is probably the nicest we have ever been in, the way we were treated by all employees was very professional, and we will for sure look there again when we are due for a new vehicle.

Byron, our salesman, was one of the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. From talking to him the first time on the phone and him being up front honest about everything, to signing the final paperwork everything he said was honest and we didn't feel pressured into anything. I'm a no beating around the bush kind of guy and Byron seemed to be the same kind of person. We did a lot over the phone to save my wife and I the trip and everything that was talked about on the phone was exactly what was on the paperwork we signed.
