We had reserved a room with a city view but when we checked in we were told we were being upgraded to a River view room which sounded great. We walk upstairs to the room and instead it overlooks the roof of another part of the hotel. Couldn t see the River at all with the building in the way. To make it worse the air conditioning in the room didn t work at all and it was over 85 degrees in the room. I called down to the front desk they told me the hotel is completely filled up and they couldn t give us another room but they would send someone up to fix the air conditioning. I left and went to the poolside bar which wasn t any better. There was an incompetent bartender who made terrible drinks and forgot that it was happy hour. From there we went to dinner and hoped that when we returned it would be fixed. When we came back the room at 11pm it was still over 80 degrees and they had left a fan on the dresser for us to use instead of fixing the issue. We decided to leave the hotel. I wouldn t stay here again
