We had a great experience purchasing a 2018 Highlander Limited from Toyota of Lake City using the Costco Auto Program. Our sales rep, James Cui, was a PLEASURE to work with! Our first test drive was on April 21st but it took us three weeks to get our "act together" before we finally made our purchase on May 12th. During that time, James did a great job of keeping in touch and answering questions we had. He was never pushy while, at the same time, responding quickly to our questions. One of the things we especially appreciated was that James was an excellent listener. He asked good questions and provided straightforward answers that helped us clarify what we wanted and ultimately lead us to a purchase that we were very happy with.
During our search, we talked with four dealerships all of which were pretty close in price but the other three didn't have James representing them. So we went to Lake City and found everyone we came in contact with to be courteous and professional and, since we were choosing to build a long-term relationship that was critical to us. So, we wholeheartedly recommend Toyota of Lake City for your next purchase and be sure to ask for James Cui. You'll be glad you did.
