I have had two surgeries by Dr. Meander, a reverse shoulder replacement and left thumb CMC arthroplasty. In my opinion Dr. Meander is an excellent surgeon and truly cares about his patients. He and his staff are always friendly and helpful.
I certainly recommend OCI to anyone.
