If you are a native San Franciscan, you have a love/hate relationship with this place. You have the mecca of great dance music, eccentric individuals, drunks and music lovers. I personally love the End Up, although the lines have been pretty ridiculous since it is the only after 2am spot where you can boogie if you aren't ready to go home. They have done extensive upgrades to their couches, back room area, patio area and upper small patio area. I have always enjoyed having a cocktail in their garden and just listen to great music. Their sound system is also perfect for the size of the venue and I have never danced harder at any other venue in the city. This place is made to sweat. They have also added bottle service to their venue if that is something you are looking for at the Endup, but honestly, it is not worth it at earlier times.
