The room was amazing, the amenities were all I could ask for and the bars/restaurant inside were superb! The staff were also really, really friendly - I wish they were everywhere I went!!
The actual entrance is a little non-descript, I walked right by it everytime I was heading in, and once you're in the direction-to-go is a tad confusing but you get the hang of it quickly. My only desire is that the rooms be a little brighter when the curtains are closed (e.g. at night), but it wasn't more than a tiny nuisance.
I'm definitely staying here in the future!
