Embarrassing that in a city like Bilbao there is a similar hotel with 5 stars. I do not know who depends on the awarding of stars in a hotel, but in this case someone has done their job badly. I would start and I would not finish enumerating the nonsense of this hotel. I would give her three stars by the hair and she would be generous. Bad very bad.
