At first this apartment and management is good to us..after living here for almost
five years its getting worst..stolen packages,marijuana,loittering,and etc..but the worst of all is the customer service...they will give you bullshit answers that cannot even help the situation...they will ask you to put your complaint in writings even if its emergency. Plus they will have a renovation in your building without giving you a proper notice...one day youll be shock on whats going on because of the noise.My 15 month old baby can't even sleep the whole day and the construction workers is very disrespectful...This management is and will only interested in your money..not your own interest as a tenant..
