Requested Special Trash Pickup.
Waited 1-Week for the Pickup.
1-Week Later. It is still outside.
311 operator wrote down the wrong pickup address.
Now it sits for 1-more week.
Supervisors of 311 ...you should have all operators repeat the address back to the caller so this doesn't happen again to me AND more importantly to anyone else.
Very disappointed with 311 Operators at the moment. Shame on You!
