The tour is $4, but Free with Yelp checkin. Plan to wait about 1/2 hour for your tour time. They take in groups of 20 and you climb stairs to a theater where you sit and watch a ten minute video about the history of company. You then climb another set of stairs to see the production facility. The tour guide explains what is happening. You then walk down stairs to get your free sample. That day they served cookie dough and chocolate chip. It's served in a small paper cup and it's about 1/4 cup in size. You can opt for something else if you have an allergy. We went outside and there is a playground up a hill next to the flavors graveyard. They also have booths selling hotdogs, make your own tie dye shirt, spin art, etc.

There is a huge gift shop. The ice cream area is outside and you wait in line for about 10 minutes to be served. The maple walnut flavor is only available here!!! A small is two scoops and is $4.50.
There are many outdoor tables to sit at which is not helpful when it's raining. The restrooms are outside.
Overall it's an okay experience, if in the area.
