Cheap and Worst BMW dealer. I have a BMW X3, and there was an issue with the transmission and they needed to keep the car so I asked for a loaner so I can commute to work, they said sure, BUT they need to charge $20 Admin fee plus all bunch of deposits on my credit card.

This is a luxury brand car yet they are charging $20 admin fee for this? I had Subaru and Hyundai before, and even though they are not luxury brands, they always provided a free loaner.

When the car is off lease this summer, I am not replacing with a BMW,
