***NOT EVEN 3 STAR SERVICE*** Service is a joke - if you have a terrible sense of humor. I called at 3:30 pm to house keeping to get turn down service. The woman on the line confirmed and said "perfect, we will send some one up in 30 minutes." 8 hours later, when I came home, the room was still a mess and not turned down. We did not have clean sheets or towels. I called down for towels and the person on the line said they could not send towels and there is no housekeeping. It would have to wait until morning. Over 15 hours will pass until I get service. ***NOT EVEN 3 STAR SERVICE*** Go anywhere else. Seriously. Not worth it.
