This place is absolutely amazing, they saved this wild bird I found and I cannot say enough good things about them!! A sweet little song bird (which they later informed me was a Tennessee Warbler) flew into my kitchen window one morning and I thought it was dead but quickly realized it was still alive. I was able to get it to hop on my finger and I put it in a box and headed straight to this place. When I dropped off the little bird there must ve been three other people dropping off birds as well, and they were still extremely fast and kind in assisting me. They let me know later on that the little bird was saved and it was successfully released. NYC is so lucky because this organization and the people that work here are truly angels!! If you find a wild injured bird in NY that needs help please bring it here!!! I will be donating to show my gratitude and suggest everyone please do the same <3
