I was a bit skeptical to bring my family to stay for an evening after local friends of ours called it a party spot... But we loved it! The girl behind the desk did warn me that the music can be loud at night and with kids she wanted us to be comfortable. My kids didn't even know the music was playing and I was able to sit outside and enjoy it from the balcony! We had a rough journey down and the same sweet girl behind the front desk included a free breakfast for my entire family. It was very thoughtful! The pool was great and we loved the private beach. We wanted to stay another night but they were booked full.. We ended up at another "fancy resort" that didn't satisfy us half as much as Shephard's did! We will definitely be back if we decide to stay in Clearwater again! Thank you.
