I would give no stars, if I could. I fell and have a concussion so I have all these appointments. I called preferred One first to see who was in my network for Neurologist, chiropractor, concussion clinic, and Physical Therapist. I just got my benefit statement saying my physical therapy isn't covered. I called and said they gave me the information on my Tier 1 coverage and they said no they have no record of it. They also hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. If it isn't enough to get thru the day with an injury, this just made it worse! And their suppose to be healthcare, that SHOULD care about customers? I guess not.
