I worked with Raul (salesman) after I found out that they had a Tacoma TRD Pro that I was interested in. He was very easy to get ahold of and I was able to do most of my inquiring and initial price negotiation over the phone. Once I was finally able to go visit them I met with Craig (sales manager) and he took me out on a test drive and discussed my options. Once I was able to get down to a good price I was able to go ahead with a handshake deal and came back the following week to pick up the truck.

All of the guys at Lithia of Abilene were very easy to work with. They didn't hide anything and they DO NOT mark up any of their vehicles (even special editions). I would definitely work with these guys again and appreciate everything they did to get me into the truck I wanted!
