As a disabled visitor I was treated appallingly by the staff when being told that I couldn't use my walker in the museum. They offered no solid explanation as to why I couldn't use it and tried to get me to use a wheelchair. After a lot of aggressive confrontation from many security guards and staff and having been made to stand in a corner for 30 minutes I left feeling upset, belittled and humiliated. I'm not able to comment on the quality of the exhibits as I didn't get to see them.
