I'm a long-time customer and have been very satisfied with their customer service, technical work, and pricing. SR has worked extensively on my Subies over the years and my perception is that they are consistently honest, reliable, and competent. They provide extensive diagnostic information, are clear about repair priorities (what needs repair soon vs. later), offer inexpensive used parts when available and appropriate, and charge competitive prices that are often lower than the local dealer's rates. At this point I don't bother shopping around for service prices or second opinions; if SR says some work needs to be done, I just say "do it". In the rare occasions where there has been an apparent problem with their work, I've taken the car back to them and they have made it right at a discounted fee. In short: Highly recommended.
